I think I could improve my riding performance with a better bike fit. Searching now the web for professional bike fitting, but it's a bit expensive.
All this started when I couldn't beat my best 7 laps time trial at Regents Park inner ring. Did it better on my former CBoardman aluminium than 1 year later, fitter and on a much better carbon hard tail. Also read 2 comments saying my bike would be better on a shorter stem. I have no way to try other than the one I've got.

Also I have to think about subtle changes wen riding a 12h marathon or a short 2h race. Only changed saddle height for really steep and technical stuff and removed spacers below stem. I see many bikers with the saddle much higher than the bars. Mine are same height, I know I'm short...


What are your thoughts?

Take a picture of you on your bike with the cranks at 12 and 6 as if you would be riding the bike and we can critique a little

Velo virtuoso (shop) in Hadleigh have bike fitting software or something ? to help you set your bike up correctly, never tried it or seen it though, but from my own experience there is a lot ot be gained from getting it right,my saddle always used to be way too low and i struggled over any sort of distance, now its much higher than it used to be and my riding has improved no end !!
