It was a very good day, the big ladder drop is tiptop.

We all got a bit hooked on the Duel and were getting faster as the day went on.

Yea I hadnt heard it before I googled it a few mins ago! Half of me was wondering if it was really me laser was referring to! I dont think anything on the vid I did was that good but Im glad for the compliment (ill take it that way)

Aston hill yday was definately alot more of an improvement day, Im not far off ready for the ladder drops soon!

Self inflicted buddy! But deffo wise to stay home with a hangover then do that push up (or ride down) at aston, its hard enough sober, hungover would be brutal, we shall organise another day for aston before winter sets in, Im really keen to get back down there, then can work on that ladder drop at chicky
