Just got my fork and shock back from MOJO, had the Kashima upgrade done on both which includes a full service.

Yeah it was pricey - £410, but i must say they look great, got new decals on both and a new air sleeve on the shock.

Havent had a chance to try them out because:

Got them back Wednesday, no issues with the fork but they put a new mounting kit on my shock and when i got it back it no longer fit my bike. Rang them up (tried 3 times before someone picked up the phone) and they said that the new fittings should be ok for my bike, I assured them they dont fit and after discussing it for about 10 minutes the guy finally checked their fitting guide and agreed they were wrong and they would send out the correct ones for me to fit. Wasnt happy about that as thats what I paid them for but I wanted to use my bike so agreed to fit them myself. However, when the new ones arrived today they were again the wrong size. FFS, rang them again and the guy basically called me a liar and said I wasnt fitting them correctly. Off he went again to check his chart and it turns out that they dont have 2012 Lapierre models listed so they used the fittings for the 2011 one which he assured me were the same.....obviously not! And then he said where they dont have the bike model on their chart they rely on the customer to tell them what size fitting is required. REALLY, find that a bit worrying as they are the FOX service agent for the UK. If they wernt sure then why didnt they measure my old mountings? He couldnt answer that. Anyway, they are sending me another kit out today but they couldnt guarantee it will be here tomorrow as its Saturday.

Yeah I know Im a moaning sod but Im p'off, i was meant to be at Swinley today and out Sunday.....bet they dont turn up tomorrow so thats my weekend screwed up.

When its finally sorted gonna send them a stroppy email and see what they do. For what they charge dont think its too much to ask for decent service and for them to know what they are doing. Right. moaning over!

Interested to know other peoples experience of using them.

I've not had any issues with Mojo yet, just their prices... the lifespan of fox forks not being so great when a bit of dirt gets in there it doesn't take long to wear that nice new coating off- well worth doing the lower legs yourself regularly just to clean the seals etc
