If the photos or videos are from a ride which has a thread, add them in there first, so they have some context.

Then stick a post in here if you fancy getting a few more eyes on it!

Remember - if you want - you can embed the vids in the page - just follow the instructions that appear when you roll-over the add video tags - ie

FACEBOOK - 'Use the ID of the Facebook video. eg If the url is http://www.facebook.com/v/31395 add 31395 between the

PINKBIKE - Use the ID of the PinkBike video, eg if the url is http://www.pinkbike.com/video/263385/ add 263385 between the

For youtube add &vq=hd720 if you have uploaded a HD movie! ie SN34pzPiYus&vq=hd720
