Yes, the pump is definitely working, 3 pumps and it's on 90psi(!), it's just not going into the tyre.

No, I took it out and the air didn't come out, then tried to pump it as well and the air will still not go in.

I think I'm going to leave it overnight and tomorrow have a look at the valve outer by poking in a tiny screwdriver down the hole and see what's blocking it.

OK, found the answer, the valve was pulled through to far and the way the DT Swiss valve was designed it stopped air going in.

In other news, the 75ml bottle provided in the kit was not enough, there was no more liquid in the tyre it had all set so no more holes would have set. I'll pick up some stans over the weekend and try again.
