Well after my headset bearings disintegrated from this summers weather, I've just now fitted a sealed bearing version (laser you may want to stop reading this now) superstar do a http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_ ... cts_id=114 nice replacement one..

Easy to fit once you have the tools (cheers To Eccles for this part) and its so smooth now...

I would hate to disappoint ;)

Cheap nasty sh!t them gold ones the paint flakes if left out in rain to long.
Should have gone CRC better customer service.

Well if the review backed you up Spence I'd believe you :) However lots of people seem to be using this to replace the one's on Zesty's with no problems after 18 months. Aren't these anodised?

Yep Rob it is anodised..... I must say the fit and quality is excellent, the cartridge bearings are smooth as a hot knife through butter... No lag and notchy feeling at all.....
