Ok so i have had a tapping noise coming from my front wheel brake area since may, it comes and goes and looks like the disc is rubbing against the brake housing (not the pads)
today i had to take the wheel out to clean it and now when i put it back in it is bearly spinning . no matter how much i have fiddled with it no joy!
any ideas???

Wheel isn't in straight
Bearings worn
Calliper needs aligning
Disc is warped

To fix
Loosen and reset quick release
Remove calliper and gently wobble the wheel side to side
Loosen calliper bolts a little, spin the wheel, pull and hold the brake, tighten the calliper bolts. Release brake and spin again.
Swap with the rear disc if the problem goes away buy a new disc

Does it spin when u hold the quick release?..its gotta be that poxy caliper mount...
do what mr large says if it spins in your hands ok..also i would take 1mm or so off that mount..its way to close to the rotor..
