They ar'nt tubeless ready so you will need a kit, but its not as good as going proper tubeless, but saying that you will stop the punctures but be carefull of burping off the rim.

Or the tyre coming off all together.....

I've actually gone over to Slime tubes. So far, so good... And noticed a couple of thorns in my tyres that aren't causing a problem :)

Even with ust tubeless wheels and tyres theres still chance of the tyre burping and throwing u over the handle bars........this was 100% my fault for trying to run a softer front. however ive not had a single puncture in 6 months or so.

If you want to go tubeless the best thing is tubeless tires, rims and sealant.I'm using stans no tubes and it works tested:-). Conversions do work but its a compromise and it can be messy:-)Also you need a compressor to seat the tires initially

Yeah thats true kev, when I first converted I burped on a.bomb hole in.a race in Surrey, luckily it seated with my gas pump qnd I only lost a bit of time and sealant.
im a total convert and wont be going back to tubes, but my rims are tubeless ready but I use normal tyres to save on weight and price

Stans or Joes kits - both the same both work well enough, there's also plenty of people rocking the ghetto conversion using a cut down 24" tube as a rim strip...

Heavy alternative, rotating weight is the most important, thats why tubeless is that much better,

this evening my two girls helped me set up my mountain kings tubeless, they love helping

I've gone from normals to slimes and and not really noticed.... And they're not massively heavier. :)

If its all about not getting punctures there is a kevlar tape you attach to inside of tyre keeping the tubes in its about £14.00 per wheel!
