Managed to make a few hours in the afternoon, mistake was drinking a litre bottle of energy drink in one go and ended up with the shakes and feeling somewhat out of it lol, had a bar of chocky about 3pm and then jumped off the root drop and felt much better after that lol then had to go home shortly after but did get a few more decent runs in first..
