Will hopefully be down around 10am, so if you see someone looking lost and pulling a bike off a rack that is twice the size of the car, that'd probably be me :-) it'll be a purple Polo (yeah, yeah, I know) and a Santa Cruz Butcher with shiny new tyres.

Hi Spence

kept missing you today we did go over to the canyon to find you but no luck..well the knee was as good as could be expected , im really using it way to early...but sitting around is boring...i didnt do any jumping just rolled most of it, as the one time i did jump it was a bit pain full..so i reckon just keep a nice steady flow going and it should be ok very soon Thanks
But on the other hand the new steed was very good :high5:
