I have family out murcia spain & use 1 of there bikes when i'm out there Plenty of mountains to tackle & trails which go on 4 miles & miles Still quite warm this time of year gets alittle cooler around january time!Flights prices depending on time of year i.e kids are off they hit you hard in your pocket Out of season they can be quite cheap!

Whereabouts is Switchbacks ?. Ive got aunt n uncle live out there, used to be near front and near Fuengirola but moved inland a bit. I could be tempted, Ive seen some vids and looks good..and importantly..better weather.

Ta for map........is that where the tracks are ?. I would of thought they'd be more inland.

Ill have to check where my aunt n uncle moved too, they used to be in Mijas where I visited but havnt been to new house which is more inland.

look at the hills right up against the town - 15 - 30 mins drive to trails usually...
