Ok if no one else is coming im going home as i have just had a moment on the practice jump and aggrevated my old elbow injury! which means going back to car to strap it up so cant be arsed to ride up again!

Sorry mate....would have loved to made today....!! but had a mad busy morning and would have only got about a hour`s riding in....still the good thing is we both have sore elbows...i had a off on the root on right as you come out of 2 drops.. ..you know the one....er.... its the one you kept pointing out on Monday....

Us oldies dont bounce well anymore need to get mine x-rayed got a piece of bone loose in there somewhere!

Hope it aint to bad mate !!...heal quick..........mine aint nothing compared to yours...only loose bone i have is in my pants... .....as for the root i was`nt looking that was the prob, just went over to far to the right in the bomb hole to keep away from the tree on the left and landed on it....first time ever....

Nah mines an old injury it just moves about inside now and then i think the bumps at ckicksands shook it up a bit , and then landed funny today and proper painfull!
its my own thought i have been putting the poss surgery off until the time was right!
