Hi,
I can not help on this mater - I am more in the 5 team of a rugby game -good for the bar and a show on the pitch.
Interested in the bit about strenghtening myself so I can bounce of the ground easier. Probably why I broke my collar bone in two place s (Not because I am Fat and stupid.)
sounds like I might have to do some secret fitness training.
So secret I will not know I done it.
