Any of you guy and gals thinking of entering this? Me and a mate are doing all the dates apart from Innerleithen. Last years round at DyFi was seriously good fun so gonna smash it this year and see if I can get some respectable results!!

I have been looking at it, need to work out what ones of these, the MSG ones and possibly spending time with my family etc?
Afan would be great though, ideal for this type of event. Not sure I'm at a Aston hill std for the race there?

I think will be looking to do most of these, however exams will probably get in the way of Hamsterly and Inners :( I went to Eastridge last year and it was great fun (despite an over-the-bars) haha
I am also going to this as a little warm up event:

That looks interesting, my parents live down the road could be a mini weekend away!

Veteran - pffft - Do these events every have team competitions, or just individual? I'd rather go in for a team event, that way you've got people to bounce ideas off.

They are just individual but you can always turn up in the same jerseys

Individual I think, but all the ones i've been too you can request to you start time to be with your friend, riders set of every minute or 30 secs. That way you can ride together if you wish to.

Sounds good, I'd have thought they might have a team section as well, for the craic and competition.

The one posted above in Haldon forest might do, as it looks like a stand alone event rather than a championship

I'm not really sure how you would race one of these events as a team, but you can certainly spend practice riding the trails together. The linking stages are quite sociable too.
