I'm also another person looking for help, my marriage is collapsing since I got hooked to mtb, other day I caught myself asking for spare change in front of Tesco to because I wanted to buy parts that I don't even need!!! My cellar looks like a bike shop and the equation between how much I make and how much I spent seems totally unbalanced!

Hi my name is Harkin and I am an addict......

What started as a bit of fun at the weekend with my friends has turned into a full time addiction. It has cost me house, my family and my job.

I have trail marks up and down my legs and arms and have had to start selling my body on street corners to pay for break pads and gt85

this confession is the first step in my recovery

I suffer from something called N+1, i have done for some time, i find the only known cure for N+1 is something called W.I.F.E or D.O.L.E, Luckily i have something to fight off these two, one is called W.O.R.K but that gets in the way, and the other is called Head Phones.
I find the best way of avoiding N+1 is not drinking and staying away from Ebay/CRC/Merlin Etc. Since Jan first i am dry, and i have only slipped the once and bought 1 bike.
Its hard but if we all stick together W.I.F.E and D.O.L.E can be avoided and with a little W.O.R.K we can all N+1 ;)

I had to give my bedroom over to the growing number of bikes in my life... Now I sleep in the loft... They are taking over... I just like to look at them, I tried to get someone to change my paypal password but I got it out of them. The people at Chelmer cycles are on speed dial... I just bought a TR250 so every cloud...

My addiction is so bad I've booked up for all 8 MSG races so the wife is forced to let me ride more often :)

I find if the W.I.F.E part knows more about the N+1 method then I apply the W.O.R.K address package delivery application, it's shameful but helps my addiction and I am on a package a week cure. So far I have been able to keep this up.. end of the months are bad as then P.A.Y.P.A.C.K.E.T comes into play....
