Originally purchased a few months ago but never got round to fitting. When i did get round to fitting it was the wrong ISCG! Doh! So i ordered another. This one is now surplus to requirements.

Excellent chain device, super lightweight and quiet. I live near Enfield and work in Potters Bar for collection, would prefer to meet in person rather than post because im old fashioned!

If you bought it from CRC you could always return it

I would normally do that as It was a CRC purchase however the card i used for the purchase no longer exists and they will only refund me with vouchers. Now i've kind of fell out with them over this and dont mind taking a hit as long as i get cash

Fair enough, seems abit unfair if the card doesn't exist!

Have them refund the card number then get it back from the card issuer, worked for me a while back with M&S

Cheers gents but theres a lot more to it than that as when i ordered this just before xmas it was an offer where you spend over £250 and get X amount off. I spent over £250 but this included an item that was not in stock. Apparantly because the item was not instock this offer did not apply. But still CRC went ahead added items to the basket with appropiate discount and debited my card accordingly. Items in stock were sent out and items not in stock to be sent in due course.

Now the good bit. 5 days later (After i had received the goods in stock) CRC refunded all the costs and debited my card again with a lesser discount and cancelled my order for the out of stock items. Meaning lesser discount etc. My problem with this is they never told me they refenuded and debited my card again i only noticed on a bank statement. This dispute has gone on for some time and im well aware that they should refund the goods regardless of whether the original card is active or not. I am taking this further with them through a different avenue but im tired of talking to brick wall every time i contact their customer services. A real shame as ive had nothing but impeccable service using CRC for years but this pi55ed me off.

Sorry for the essay but thought it best to explain and as a result i need cash for this so if someone wants a bargain i'll take £70 before pinkbike gets it
