Good vid on pinkbike. Definetly going to try and check this out and the new bike park being built in Wales, think a summer road trip to South Wales is in order!

i think its really nice to see the trail builders getting the credit due too!

Anyone know if Afan is open week days well specifically the 4x track? Going home this week for a bit and its less than an hr away.

Its never shut as far as i'm aware? I have friends who do night rides there?

4x track is own by Bryn Bettws Afanforest lodge so don't know if you have to pay and who to. Afan trails are never closed though there may be some diversons in place time to time

I went there in feb. the bike park is awesome fun but there are only a couple of short trails and some practice jumps. They're next to the lodge and can be accessed from the wall trail. The 4x is owned and charged for. £1 an hour per rider and you have to sign a disclaimer. The rest of afan is free. I posted a vid of my pathetic attemp at the bike park in the photo and video thread.
