I wondered if there was anything out there for absolute beginners? I'm 39, female and would like a low key group to cycle with, or even a course. I'm not up for induction by fire, just to spend some more time outdoors. Cheers. Jo

Welcome Jo...

If you say your nearest location we can suggest places for you to ride.. As said Epping has plenty of fire roads to play on... Any rides never leave any person behind...

Welcome - Fireroads and Bridal ways are the ticket, assess equipment and fitness and post up more details, plenty of helpful folks on here to point your wheels forward.

Fire Roads and Bridal Ways are pretty much all you can ride in Epping at the moment, Went North from High Beech to The Forest Gate pub on Thursday night - wasn't too bad until it started snowing!
