I will be getting droped off so what car park is the best

Either to be honest but the go karting track is open space and no kids/dogs/traffic to bother you

Dose anyone use the car park in Childerditch lane?? Close to The Greyhound pub in Maggpie Lane.

I have used it as a start point for running loops of Thorndon.
Bike access to the park is about 50yards down the road & you can use the common land at the back of the car park.

Its also free.

I don't think so, the reason why the karting track is normally used is because its free, got cameras and people about the area for security reasons of car & biking contence, got warrley next door (and no one likes riding a dh bike on flat) and easier to get to if you live in Brentwood or use the train to get to thorndon.
