wasnt too sure so have ordered new bars with a 20mm rise :lol:

Just returned from CYB with these injuries, Left shin smahed on to pedal when i shot of the trail and went head frst in to a tree (helmet saved me there i tell ya)

Left elbow bruised and grazed after i tackled a drop too slow on my hardtail and forgot i wasnt on a full suss and using the wrong technique to try and save myself, i went OTB and landed on rocks with my bike on top of me.

and i have a nice bruise from yet another stack all in the same weekend where once again i went OTB and the handle bars stabbed me in the chest.

luckily i still bounce.

Well i have no new wounds atm as i have riding like a scared kitten the last two weeks so not to get hurt b4 the 18th
