Was at Coed y Brenin Saturday & Sunday - saturday beautiful sunshine, not a cloud in the sky. sunday more normal ... lots of rain. Trails were excellent though and I only stacked it once and that was at the end , going through a gate! (Very slow speed, embarrassing for me, fun for all my mates watching!)

8 of us went - first time riding a trail centre for me and a couple of the others, but we rode "The Beast" on Saturday and apart from a couple of puddles, it was pretty much dry. If you know Coed y Brenin, I stacked at the gate just before crossing the entrance road to do the very last downhill. Pretty much fell off the bike sideways from stationery! - if the weather holds it should be really good up there this weekend.

Broxbourne is drying up quickly now, some parts are flowing nicely, but still quite boggy in places.

Also in the Southern woods, there are a couple of fresh fallen trees in the middle of potential descents, so keep an eye out.
