There is already an unofficial track, but the loccouncil have authorised an official one to go in near the skate ramps in the town park. Theres also a graffiti wall going up next to it. They started the wall today and the guys said it wouldnt be long till the tracks there.

They opened a new small track round the corner from where I live (Rayne, just outside Braintree) but have now closed it again a few days on as some poor kiddies got a couple of punctures. Will hopefully be able to sneak on when there are no kids around.
