I got a pair of flat exotic pedals(
http://www.carboncycles.cc/?s=0&t=2&c=84&p=940&) which started producing a very annoying clicking noise.
This is the second pair with the same problem as the first ones got replaced under warranty but I can't be bothered again so I wanted to take them apart to see if they can be fixed.
The problem is than I can't unscrew the nut on the spindle inside the pedal. I thought that it would be standard 8mm socket key but it looks like its 9mm. However the 9mm standard socket will not fit through the opening.
I might need to find thinner socket key anyone knows where I can anything like this?
These pedals are very similar if not the same as the nukeproof neutron
If I can't get them fixed I'm thinking to get Shimano MX80 or the more expensive DMR Vaults.
Any advise would be much appreciated.
Cheers
Peter
