Hi all, being an active guy. Just wondering what folks have done after Major surgery or injury to keep themselves sane I'm not much of a tele fan

Poker is no good for my addictive personality. I also have a mate with a huge problem he's about £60,000 down over the years

Swimming? Keeps you fit without straining antyhing, and will keep the timber off while your off the bike.

I still have open wounds Tom I'm thinking swimming as I'm not fast and could try a triathlon if I got better at swimming

Ah, didn't really think about that one!!! sounds like a bad one!

buy and sell bike stuff? might be able to make some cash and would keep you in the loop....might be able to fund some more kit for when your back riding?

Yeah might do my garage is pre race so all my shit is laid down ready to pack in the car .
as I thought I had pulled a muscle then had a temp so popped to emergency doc and the rest is history. I can't even put my socks on :)
