I think I'll take on the new Moonriders Night Cycle (in aid of The Hunger Project) from London up to Cambridge in May - as I've done loads for BHF. It's pretty cool as it leaves at midnight and follows the Tour de France 2014 stage in reverse.. my only chance to beat Cav! They also have a London Brighton in the dark in July - http://www.thehungerproject.co.uk/getin ... dge-cycle/

Just spoke to the BHF people, and you will be relieved to hear the London to Southend does not start from Cheltenham!
Still negotiating , but hopeful of Stratford Olympic park start , end at Hadleigh.
It is on Sunday Sept 1st and they tell me registration will be opening soon.

Hi MTB Riders from Essex.I`m looking for a new UK challenge this year,
I saw just in a moment the advertise from BHF London-Brighton.
It seem to be a really good sound to take part of this Adventure.
My Question:How many riders are taking part.
How many % are Off Road?

Hi Pollux,

Over 30,000 riders take part in the London to Brighton ride each year. I've done it 4 years in a row and, apart from the first year, i set off at 6am. The reason is that there are so many people on the ride, you will struggle to to actually pedal anywhere!

It might be worth doing one of the other rides organised by BHF. Like the London to Southend!
