Surrey hills is the best it's been this year, and it seems to be quieter than usual, everybody must be going to swinley while its still a novelty..

Epping Monday morning - VERY DRY in the North, still a few boggy bits but most of them have a dry line through them now.

Thorndon
Still spots of slop and stagnate water by golf courses over road from the main gate.
The forest pixies have been out lots of logs & branches across trail.

Even with all the rain the Broxbourne trails are pretty good this morning.

Thorndon was running great this morning.. Good fun hitting the ruts full on then tram lining along them... Most areas have passing places well worn in around known boggy bits so all good and no loss of momentum....

Epping going south of Whitehall Road wasn't great, a lot of boggy parts on the open areas but under cover of the trees was pretty much dry.

Epping around High Beech was fine, some boggy bits here and there on the descents on the other side of the Epping High Road and there was a way round most but some were just unavoidable.

Epping has lost some of its flow with the rain this week... A couple days of dry weather will help it get back to being ok.

Epping - the middle section is fast and flowy, with ribbons of single track through the previously boggy bits. With the rain during the day its a bit tacky giving lots of grip. Good times!

Is it completely open now, there is a post somewhere on the forum saying that they were doing maintenance work.
