Shimano saint short cage rear mech+shifter..
Charge knife seat and superstar pedals...

I had the bike from new last August and only ridden it 5 times, everything runs smooth no creaks,cracks,dents or stracthes
Frame tape was put onto the cranks/fork lowers to stop them getting marked.
Matt frame tape was put around the rear of the seat/chainstays and bits left over was put else where on the frame, also put on was a downtube protector to stop dents form rocks/stones. No stracthes on the fork stanchions, bike as been very well looked after...
