Noah's first MTB at four. Apparently he has to ride it before I can upgrade bits

Not sure what Noah thinks but IMO it needs grips,new rim brakes (not disc ready ) , pedals and most importantly an Essex and Herts mtb sticker but missies has moved them

Brake levers are all scuffed do avid cable levers have reach adjust like hydraulic brakes ?
Thinking of tiny hands and grips will have to come off to do so so superstar size zero for little hands as lock on grips are essential

Jumping in here, so apologies if you have already found a bike. But Online bikes in buckhurst hill has about 10 second hand ridgebacks out front of there shop.

I got my son to learn starts on a slight down hill. He just dragged his feet until he had momentum and then lifted them up. Transition to push off was easier after that.

It's good to hear I am not the only dad that is soooo keen to see my son riding.

After a weekend of riding whilst camping near Little Baddow, I'll definitely get something nice and light for Ollie (age 5 and already on 16" wheels)
