Last time I took the wife riding we did about 16 miles, at one point she put the bike down and said she ain't going any further.. Funnily enough she hasn't been riding since.. LOL

Lol can't get the missus out for 16 minutes let alone 16 miles! ;)

I do use this to my advantage though....

Take today's excursion over to Surrey Hills, left home at 7am and got back again at 6pm.... no moaning and all well....:grin::grin::grin:

Didn't end up doing north hill went up viper hill and margretting hill instead. She rode them both I'm impressed.
And I got the afternoon out with the boys on a pub crawl on the bikes!

Get them riding!! Me and my husband ride, lucky for me he couldn't ride porc race due to injury so I had my very own pit bitch and uplift! Well he offered!! Have fun!!!

 ^^^

mate - wouldn't advise an ultimatum, but it pretty much boils down to having either a fat, bored and unhappy man about the house for 7 days a week, or having a fit, healthy and happy dude around for 5.

Like tran says above dude...good luck walking on those eggshells...

Surfette has been quite enjoying a good ride of late... Also likes to get on my old RockHopper too ;)

I've been taking her out on gentle XC rides and she's started popping out onece or twice a week with a mate to do a 10 mile east loop.

Camping near Little Baddow this weekend so took all the bikes. Each day a ride along the canal to PaperMill lock for cake was excellent :)
