So it's the 12th June and 14 weeks on from the big crash. I'm finally off the crutches 2 weeks ago and have started physio now. Have been to see the "bone docter" Brian Simpson in Ipswich and had many sessions using his magnetic field therapy and laser treatment machine.
This week I have started using a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, which simulates diving at 24 feet while breathing medical grade oxygen. It's used for helping with lots of different problems and is said to aid and speed up the recovery process of bone breakages. I spend just under 2 hrs a day sitting in the chamber so it's a bit boring!!

I'm still banned from getting on the bike outside but have got my self a turbo trainer now so I can at least sit on one and have a peddle. Its just not the same on the balcony compared to the woods!!

I go back to the surgeon on 7th August, where i'm hoping we are going to see a big improvement and I can get the all clear to get riding again!!

Nah, the better question is what happens if you drop one in the chamber?
