Ha!
I said that a bit tongue in cheek ;0)

I am very close to pulling the trigger on a canyon nerve Al 7.9..... It seems to tick all the boxes and has a level of kit that is impossible to beat at that kind of price. I'm just checking other reviews and write ups about it, then I might treat myself tomorrow for Father's Day !

Fair do, did you order the Canyon?
There is a medium Anthem 29er demo bike if you want a spin

Not yet....I've been researching!
To be fair, I've ridden a medium camber, and it was too small.....I've got long legs for my height.

This might not help but I'm 6'1 and find medium far more chuck able especially specialised. You can always gain 20mm cockpit but you can't shorten a large frame :)
My enduro was grin time in medium but the large I tested was not as good for my riding.
The canyons at the bike show really stood out looks and spec wise

Thanks for the input bud, but I am an awkward shape!
I'm 6' and a piddle bit tall, with 36" inside leg, short torso, and long arms!

I always find that while a medium feels comfy for reach, I have to have a stupid long seatpost, which puts everything else out. If I go for a large, it's is normally spot on for the legs, and the rest gets fettled till its right!

He is my transition two9....

And that's a large!

Besides, I want this for xc, not for hooning around on......I'm too old! :0)
