Hi all!

Just wondering who would be interested coming for a little ride over Hadleigh Country Park XC trails with me - I'v been there quite a few times on my own but would quite like some people to show me "how its really done!"

If anyone's interested, It will be on Saturday 27th July, meeting at the Country Park entrance on Chapel Lane.

Thanks!

MEETING AT BENFLEET STATION (ESSEX WAY SIDE) AT 10AM.

It doesn't matter what you ride

Hiya..I ride over there quite a bit although rarely start from there, I find a better start is from top of Station Road or top of St Marys Road, you start from a higher point then and it makes a longer track.

UnityJon - Time is negotiable :) Not too early though haha! Would prefer late afternoon personally but whenever!

Andydd - I'll have to check that out! Thanks!

EDIT: Just looked on that map that Andydd linked us to - Looks like that will be a hell of a good ride! Think the starting point might have to be there!

Try looking on Strava too, lots of us have posted plenty of rides of that (and the much wider) local area.

Hey Dude.. Saw your posts about local rides.

We're heading out from KFC (Progress Road) at 7:30 tomorrow morning to do long Hockley / Ashingdon route and then possibly some Hadleigh for those who want to.

Loop from KFC and back is probably about 20 miles and then depends on how much / if any of the extra bit anyone wants to do.
Last time we did it a few weeks ago we did 28 miles :)

Benfleet Station at 10am sounds good to me! What about everyone else?

And Sorry I missed your ride this morning - I havent been on here much and I went to see my dad come into Southend from the London Ride at 11 so probably couldn't of made it anyway!

Thanks guys.

Pretty hard to miss me - I will be on the Giant Revel 4 that's pretty much stock, Red and black jersey, white shorts and red and black helmet and gloves.... I like to be colour co-ordinated!

That's not a bad size loop!

Just updating the original post with agreed-upon times and that :)
