Agree with Ian above... And my Wife has two horses to play with now.. and kept close to home (well about 20 foot from our back-door in their stable.. so she doesn't have to travel far...)

new horse, I get a new bike so all's far...

Agreed - although my mrs encouraged ME to get a hobby so she could spend time with the horses at weekends without me getting in the way :D worked out well for both of us :D

Hi all good morning,
No wonder there are so many horse in the fields in Essex (and bike riders.)
is it the duty of all fathers to let the daughters learn to ride horses for future generations to come )

I never in knew the GAMES was horse and /bike connected events .

Have a good day and dream on for the weekend and the weather.
Bob

Dammit, does that mean I have to find the cash for 3 horses (wife and 2 kids, not 3 wives) and 2 more bikes then!?

You should find someone else in your exact situation so you can all go together to the bike park - you guys can cycle - the girls can have a chat and a long, relaxing walk in the wood. Tell them that's really good for their body and their mind ;-)

Can can see it both sides, I work one day of every weekend so to go out all day every week would be unfair. I try to do morning or evening ride then spend the rest with her. Fortunately she realised a long time ago that I would not stop riding or fishing so she had to like it or join me.
