The cree on the bars is to much of a spot light and having two spot lights plays trick on your (my) eyes. Therefore, you end up watching the wrong light.
I run two if the cree 1800 as the parts are interchangeable etc, one on bars and one on my lid and tbh I'm happy with just the lid one most the time. I have ordered a new lense for the bar one that will turn it into a flood light but I'm as yet to test it etc.

I'm the same setup Matt.. I also have the wide lense to create a 'flat' beam from the bars and use the Cree with the orange peel reflector on my head as it generates a slightly better spread than the smooth.

I'm just using the 3800 Lumen light (same as VW has) on the bars at the moment as it's a pretty straight ride from work to home every night and not very far. I have a Magicshine 808 and a 1200 Cree as well though for proper off road stuff.
While we're on the subject of lights, does anyone have any old laptop batteries they want to get ride of (preferably Sony or Dell)? I'm up for attempting to make a bigger battery pack and this is a good cheap way to do it. Laptop batteries are usually made up of the same cells that are in the battery packs that power these lights and a dead laptop battery will often only have one or two cells that are knackered.

If you run air shocks you already have airbags inside ;)

They are but it wont work but... Nitrogen doesn't contain any water so you wont rot the inside of your system out, it also does not expand or contract due to heat/cold so when you set your pressure, thats what you'll have no matter how hard or mad or where you're riding !

You can get nitrogen shots at most good car tyre places

I've got my eye on the Magicshine MJ-880E but the SolarStorm X2 2000-lumen Dual Head Bicycle light does look interesting and such a good price!

There are so many to choose from!! I've had 2 lights from overseas before, 1 great the other rubbish. I note that there is a copy of the Magicshine MJ-880

The more I look the more confused I get about which one!!
