Has anyone bough from rutland cycles, i placed a order on there website Wednesday morning an the item is still pending, yet they have taken the money out of my account :ugeek:

I bought some bits from them last year, and had a 3 week wait due to stock issues, but to be fair they did keep me updated all the time, and bunged me a handful of freebies too
not sure if this was a one off or its how they usually operate though, i havent had anything from them since then

Hey Brad

Waiting with them is not unusual - Took me 3 weeks to get a CK bb off them last year - came in the end - I did get an email after a few days saying

So id check with them directly as to why you have been billed

Just had a email from them saying that they have mixed up my order and will be refunding me !!
Remind me not to order from them again

To be fair Brad I have had a few niggles with a couple (not all) orders but I always received the goods. Think they have just moved premises too? so they may have been under a bit of strain. No excuse but just info for you.
