Its become a mini event every year when YT unveil their special edition.... Still a lot of mullar but tasty for GDP 2.5k in these days of 5k+ bikes

I think the marz stuff - if reliable - might be the kit to have this year.

Marzocchi suspension has a bit of a bad rep

Heard that the 888 marzzochi are as good as fox 40 & easier to maintain

Marnochhi are the nuts. So plush and easy to maintain and work on.

Yt special editions always look sweet, I was after one last year. Its just the 4 month waiting for otha the put me off.

Ive found Marzocchi to be very reliable, easy to work on and easy to get hold of spares, very smoove although this does relate to the older italian made models, its known that some of the first asian made ones had problems, current ones are supposed to be pretty good though.

I note that on PinkBike there is a long thread discussing Fox's recent recall and many riders dont appear that impressed with Fox either.

In my eyes they pretty much invented the "hardcore dh" fork with the bomber z1's manyyears ago
