Just looked it up- 7.1 mile laps 4 hours plus lap finish after the 4hrs.

Looking good .
How many laps you reackon.. 32 miles 4 hrs 4/5 laps be good.

If it's the same format it's laps started in the time I'll be in 2hrs but both races run together

Back at work.
Results .....

38 on the result sheets.

Enjoyable as always . done my best and calapsed over the line ....
Best moments - flowing bits lots of wows and cors.
hill a kikller at the last section. 7.1 mile lap 4laps 4hours 18 mins.

Worst fell off in front of the camera man ( got the start of it . )
to busy showing off and whoops.....
Another challenging race disappointed as I should not have had a picknic 3rd lap and a chat with surporters on the forth, needed thart 5 th lap though I think I would still be in the woods with leaves over me and a corner named after me.......
