Top tip for 3 days riding in wales, take triplicate of everything. Especially waterproofs

First day of our 3 trip to cwm carn/Afan my first time & boy am i feeling it now
Epic views brutal climb epic decent aching like mad,looking forward to a beers now,before Afan tomorrow
Hopefully I'll be able handle it,fingers crossed

Whites,wall,zig zag,alpha,& a couple more mad mad trails
Another epic day in Afan weather has been perfect,no rain no wind
All in all a great day but for the first timer it's been very very hard going on the legs
Off to green lanterns for a monster T bone

Weather was better when went with u lot, this wknd cold & dry trails bit damp whites level ascent from glyncorryg visitor center really muddy but once at top all fun fun fun !!

Energy,goodwood,darkside 3 great runs, goodwood wood section closed for safey reasons (doh!!), darkside epic decent,energy what a fantastic run, made the whole trip well worth it.....
Big up to all fellas who put up with me moaning about the ascent (not the best climber),great lads,great views,great descents,great 22oz T bone.
All in all a great 3 days in wales.
