Danbury some weeks back needed mud tyres then, doubt it's improved ;)
Edit: Sorry I should have said XC

I rode Danbury XC last night, although its all rideable dont expect to do it at any speed and watch for fallen tree's and closed woods.

I was thinking of more playing in some bomb holes rather than XC (too much pedalling for my liking!) Cheers though VW.

Thornden go kart is good but be quick as water spoils it.

Epping today : slow ride with way too much mud underneath lots of leaves (hard to follow single track) + fallen trees a bit everywhere + nobody to ride with me
I left after couple of hours ...

Anyone tomorrow ?

Managed to sneak a day at the North Downs yesterday. Generally running very well. A few corners full of water and the odd uber boggy patch but the rest of it was great - and that was running an Ardent on the rear so with seasonal tyres I imagine it would be tres bon.

A bit out of the way for a lot of you but Tunstall forest Viking loop is still running good (as of 16/11) and Thetford Lime burner trail was rotten(19/11), my bike needs a full strip down and check over after that. The unmarked stuff on the Brandon side where they have most the races wasnt too bad though.

Hi all,
Went to Thorden on Sunday 10.30 am .
Found a track not seen by me before.
As you go throught the gate house do a right past the extension straight down to you get to the cycle trail follow to the wild track then along there turn of a track and it goes up and down and round and round and lead s down to the ditch / stream towards the meadow to the lake.
Bob
Track was good and apart from some boggy bits it was quite fast .
Only out for a hour and half , then out with the dogs over the marshes for a couple of hours .
