I've just picked up a brand new SLX rear shadow mech from Matt - Cheers. and a brand new Wipperman chain (black) which will end up on the Bottlerocket and the chain from there on to the HT with the SLX rear this will help get the HT back on the mud.

This that why you ended up coming round and picking it up, so there was not CRC boxes turning up

Expensive month on the bike front for me

Trek Stache 29er for winter hack
X7 clutch mech
X0 shifters (to be swopped on to the meta and take the X7 off for the hack)
Race face 32T wide/thin chain ring
Mavic crossmax SX wheels
Chain, cassette and cables
Cane creek 40 series headset
2 X DMR vaults
Nukeproof, flat bars and grips (and probably a 50mm stem as well)

And might have to get a new X9 crank depending on if i can't get my old pedals out nicely :(

If only there was some form of celebration that meant people had to give me presents...

I will be living of baked beans and poridge for the rest of the year me thinks... but it will be worth it.

Trying to get the hack up and running to a level i am use to with the meta and get the meta all freshened up over the winter month (although i have already stripped it down and in the process of rebuilding) ready for the summer
