We need to practise going down steep little hills gents. I managed not to hit the dirt but more by luck than skill and certainly because I had flat pedals on. (good advice that was Bob)

Hi ,
I was thinking of getting a seat height adjuster but I am going for a ejector seat and a parachute.

Hi Darren,
are you not doing your floors.....
Spending a lot time chatting bad as me at work.
I was out on my bike Monday and Tues to busy but I will practise the bomb holes over Berick Ingrebourne valley to master the landing bit .
I think the bum should have a chance of getting bruised in stead of my ribs and shoulders.

Multi tasking bob. But don't tell the wife to be lol.
Finished the floor and heading home, hopefully the new bb has turned up for the hard rock.
You'll have to try the Danbury bomb holes. Nearest ones for me and pash

Hi all ,
Thumb still giving grief and ribs aching when I laugh and the bruise on my thigh is a sight to see ( ladies only though )
out on my bike but not changing gears - cold this morning at 6.00 am saw the frost forming .
Be even better in Jan 2014.
if you check out some of the videos for round 3 previous years on youtube it will give an idea of trail.
