Hi ,
I have done 6 miles this week on my DH to work ...
weather and bolt trouble .
no wonder I am not the best to be around at the moment.
Can only get better the week end .

Is there anywhere to ride locally I've only managed 9 miles In three rides this year so was thinking country lanes and surfaced bw next Sunday to get a spin :thumbdown:
But I've run more than ridden this year and I only run for fitness to ride :lol:

I pulled the rollers out from behind the fridge. God they are boring and lethal but everything else is poo.

i am a nightmare to be around atm and the lack of riding is at the core of it I reckon. that and the A12!!!

Been doing a lot of road riding , boring but keeps my fitness levels up ;) Try to look for higher elevation as on the rode!, roll on spring that's wot I say lol ;)
