Dont take it to serious .
Enjoy ride at your own pace.
No idea of the track /trail but will be 7 miles long .
Same area as in race 1 but not in the same order of track.
it is hard work but 7 mile a hour.... 4 laps - should be easy enough.

See you Sun day -off line fro 3.00 pm today till Wed next week .

Well done bob I had two punctures in one lap at thetford once that'd MTB racing

Hi ,
I made a descission to get over the line and then fix in the 4 hour plus lap.
Missed it
4hours 02min just over.
I spoke to plenty of racers and they all did at least 1 lap less than they normally do -totally down too the weather conditions and the mud.
I am sure that the laps were 8 miles long also.
Absoulately gave it my all .
Stopped smoking ate less , means I got even more to do next race.
came 30 still and hope to get higher than 22 place in cat overall.
Roll on Feb 23rd round 4 .
