The entire idea of this sounds completely horrible to me - 12 hours of riding while your body thinks you should be asleep... i'll give that one a miss!

I don't expect to be fast or comfortable but it's something I've wanted to do for ages and this year is the year!

I think it's a good idea, especially if you don't get a lot of night rides in!, which I didn't last year apart from committing to work(very nice in the summer months watching the sun rising up) just 1 question wot do you do regarding your lights! Battery wise? Do you get surport if riding solo???

I've got two of these http://www.magicshine.co.uk/front-bike- ... kit-1.html and one of these http://www.magicshine.co.uk/front-bike- ... e-kit.html then 4 of these http://www.magicshine.co.uk/batteries/d ... j-828.html

I think if I had 2 more of the batteries and just the MJ-808 I'd be good with 5 batteries and the mother of all lights on my head...
