Hi all, I had an 06 enduro that I rode everywhere. It's the frame the sx trail was built around !!
The zesty did not fill the hole yesterday what do I need ? I need to be able to ride up mountains comfortably ish but descend nicely. Not fussed about being the first up but not killing me but able to rip down overtaking the peeps that beat me up the hill £2-3k budget
Canyon strive or spesh enduro ?
I think the stumpy eve and canyon nerve might be like the zesty 50/50 I need a 60/40 bike descending based

Any thing like an 06 enduro about ?

Thanks all opinions needed :)

Parfed the Norco lookalike a contender ;)
I've gone all scientific my 456 shares the same Headtube angle and seat angle ;) 66-67 and 70-71 respectively. I never realised i was so sensitive but could feel the zesty is a few degrees off both and it felt all wrong.

That's what I need Jim.
I never realised I was so fussy

Andy ? Is your spicy a 26" one ?
I think all the wheels make it harder was it the wheel I hated or the frame :) .

Wrong Vw. It was missing the grin factor and did not inspire confidence. Gangly but climbed like a goat on crack even with the shimano/sram gear shifting problems.

Specialised test day at Cannock on 15th march it's a fecking long way to only ride the dog but I can try an enduro on the same loop as the zesty.

Try my commencal meta when we go Cannock for a try, love it to bits. If I was being complete honest its a tad heavy so I would suggest the commencal hip hop (140mm/120mm split trail bike but with slack angles for fun and stability)
