Might ride over there tomorrow. Should be pretty dry. More xc ride for me though, 20 miles+.

Yes keen for this - have penciled it in. Have been gagging to get back to Triscombe for ages.

Cream cakes and tea for the win

Duncans lads just posted this up as a reminder of the goodness

Whats Triscombe like as a place to ride? Looks technical rather than big bike ridding

It's more black run than surface to air Matt.although if your feeling brave there is some big stuff dotted around!

Ill be on a 6inch bike Matt... its awesome on a DH bike but there can be a bit of pedalling to some of the fun trails so will opt for the trail bile with some DH rubber. Your meta will be good fun there.

I remember finding this description of the place before I went there and it has always held true

Quote:
Quite tight, natural trails. Some optional bigger stuff like small road gaps. Some nice steep bits, some fast rough bits, all good fun. If you're doing the uplift you'll have a good time. Duncan is a top bloke and its a good atmosphere. Cream teas at the end is a nice bonus

Hey all, been off the bikes for ages but looking to get back into the fun times for a few months before next surgery to get the pesky collar plate removed.

If Stefan's trusty van ;) has room? and numbers allow would you be OK for a tag along?

If anyone is thinking of going stop thinking and go!
I went on my old pitch and had a blast.
I'm keen to go myself but will need a ride so will see what I can do
