29ers are wack

Had a few quick goes on 29ers and they are well fast compared to my bike! Me saying their useless was just a tongue in cheek comment.

Karabbean.. you know how fast my 29'er goes ;-)

I'll ride mine over the danbury XC route fine but would not like it over the jumps.. just doesnt feel right for that.. IMHO

Epping is fairly greasy after the recent rain but should dry out over the next few days

I can second this... Rode it yesterday, some bits are also hub depth in mud and boggy sections.

Danbury was pretty much perfect this morning, dry but grippy.

Agree with Epping. Don't stray from the trails if you like your shoes - evil leaves on the ground covering very boggy sections. Should have given my son this advice!

Went to Bedgebury today, nice and dry apart from a few tacky bits. Only one section of the red trail closed. Really enjoyed it.

Cannock chase was dry and dusty (a little too dry at times with riding on marbles) with no mud holes. 2-3 sections were closed on the monkey/dog loop but still worth the trip up there at the moment.

Danbury XC loop is running dry, only a few puddles and gloop but 95% dry and fast...

Spent a couple of hours in epping , muddy and a little bit boggy, was slowed down a bit but still good enough for a couple of hours fun.
i was on the fat bike, might have converted some other bikers who had a go and liked it :-)
