I can give you a rough idea Jon, he was going over the log ditch, lifted the front wheel {to far} put the rear brake on and the wheel carried on going backwards,he fell on his arse but his right foot didnt unclip, hence the break. If your reading this anytime Macca perhaps you could confirm/deny or add to that. We/Luke called an ambulance and it was around 45mins I think before they turned up,so he was in a bit of pain but most of the pain, was him saying he cant afford to be off work and how much money he going to lose. Black cab driver`s eh.

Chingford is on the overground line from Liverpool Street. Loughton is only 2 miles from High Beech so that's slightly closer anyway.

Hi Dan, the 9.30 ride will be the same as last week unless the heavens open up.

Hi all, not been out for a long time, something or another up on Sundays. will look to join in this sunday, thinking of making the 8:30 ride, if i can get myself out of bed, if not, then 9:30 it will be.

Looks liek an 8:30 start for the short ride as it says on the front page and 9:30 for the long one afterwards.
