Agree with the other posts, I'd rather have a go doing things myself any-day as I find it very rewarding and enjoy researching how to do things.

Along with YouTube vids, I can recommend the park tools vol 3 book as it covers just about everything and is written in a language that even I can understand

Thanks for the advice on the mighty torque. I've just found it on Amazon. Guess what I'll be getting for father's day!! I have another question. I've just got back from a little ride and my drive side crank is a little loose. It was the same a couple of weeks ago and I've only been out a few times since I tightened it. I haven't got a torque wrench but I really tightened it. Should I use a loctite or something???
