It's a silicone case Laser as you can see in the picture!!!!! Helps protect it and as Adam said if it falls off may make it easier to find it. This one fits quite snug as well.

Ian, I just ebay'ed 500 silicone case and loads came up, pick the cheapest and away ya go, this one came within two days as well :-)

Look at this on eBay:

The flat edges of the Fizik Tundra 2 and my arse did not get on that well together, so its bye bye to that and hello to a Charge Spoon. Lets hope for a comfortable relationship this time :)

I had charge spoon on my last bike, but i find the WTB Volt way more comfy..!!
Comes in four versions if I remember correctly from cheap right up to silly money.

I have a WTB on my other bike, not sure which one but after 2 or 3 hours its not for me, pretty firm.

The was a WTB I had on my old GT Tequesta about 20 years ago that I did get on with, so there are some WTB models that do work for me somewhere out there. Spoon is in the post now, so will give that a blast first, just from the pictures it looks more comfortable than the Tundra.
